Returns are limited to defective products and can only be exchanged for the same product or another, similarly-priced product. When you make a purchase with us you acknowledge, understand, and agree to this policy at the time of purchase.
We limit returns to only defective products within 14 days of receipt. Approved returns will only be serviced as exchanges of the same exact product or a similarly-priced product that is currently in stock.
You also understand upon making any purchase on our site that you have read all of the details about the product on the product page, and understand that once the order is placed it cannot be canceled or returned for any reason for a refund.
You also understand by making this purchase that if any dispute is made you will be responsible for full collection activities plus any associated fees due to the service of collection in your state of residence.
We do not offer refunds of any type.
This ‘no refunds policy’ includes all in-stock items on our website, including, but not limited to, new or used: video games, video game consoles, and accessories, regardless of expected performance.
If a replacement item is not in stock, discontinued, or not available, we reserve the right to replace it with a like item, or issue you a merchandise credit towards another in-stock item within 14 days of receipt of the non-functional product.
All returned products will be fully tested, and if not actually "non-functional" will be sent back to recipient at their cost using their original payment method, as we will not be able to provide replacements on products deemed abused, misused, hacked, or opened.

Once your message is received, we will contact you to complete the exchange and replace the item being returned.
You also acknowledge and agree that we do not guarantee performance, value, or exact dates of arrival of any item purchased on this website. If any order that has shipped has not been paid, any and all fees associated with any necessary collection activity will be the responsibility of the billing card holder.
